By accessing or using Homeliora services, information products and goods, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

Homeliora offers in-home and virtual sessions designed to enhance your home wellbeing. These sessions include consultations, personalized plans and guided practices delivered by qualified practitioners.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, workshops and recorded classes focused on improving comfort, harmony and wellness at home. Access is provided immediately upon purchase.

4. Goods

Our range of goods includes curated items such as ergonomic accessories, relaxation tools and decor pieces that support a nurturing environment.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Payments are collected at the time of purchase via secure third-party processors. You are responsible for any access fees or service charges applied by your provider.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for your wellbeing and satisfaction. Our approach to refunds varies by offering type:

6.1 Services

For live or in-home sessions and consultations, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled date via our contact form. Approved requests will be processed to the original payment channel within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule once within 30 days at no extra fee.

6.2 Information Products

Digital guides, workshops and recorded materials purchased on homeliora.club are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days from download. To request a refund, use our contact form. Once processed within 7 business days, credit will appear to your original payment channel. Content irreversibly accessed beyond this period is not eligible.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Contact us via contact form for instructions. Once received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 10 business days to the payment channel used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

6.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain personalized plans and custom packages are non-refundable due to the tailored resources allocated and immediate delivery of customized guidance. We encourage careful selection before purchase.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Service appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the original date via our contact form. Additional changes may incur a fee.
